Scientific Program Videos

The deadline to submit video cases for 2023 has passed.

Submit clinical video cases to present during the Applied Skills and Video Sessions of the International Congress Scientific Program.

Videos should highlight clinical examples for specific International Congress sessions. Confirmed presenters will participate in their assigned session in Copenhagen by presenting their video and 2-3 supporting slides.

Video examples should not exceed 90 seconds, and must be submitted as an MP4 file. Scientific Program Video Submissions are NOT intended to challenge or puzzle the faculty; video cases are intended to highlight specific clinical techniques or cases that enhance the learnings of the session. Rare or unique case presentations are reserved for the MDS Video Challenge presentation.

Not all submissions will be selected. Notifications will be sent to submitters in May 2023.

Submission information

If a selected presenter is unable to attend after confirming, then the session faculty will present on their behalf. All International Congress sessions are CME accredited; therefore, MDS will only allow an alternate presenter if there is adequate time to review their financial disclosure.

The online application (including presenter disclosure) must be completed in full at the time of submission. The application may take up to 20 minutes or more to complete.

Application sections include:

  1. Session selection applicable to the video submission
  2. Contact information
  3. Disclosure for the presenter - Only video submissions with a fully completed presenter disclosure will be considered.
  4. Upload of video submission - Multiple submissions should be uploaded individually; one upload per video file.
